Her proven professional abilities includes market analysis; pricing and buying strategies; advocacy and negotiation within a local to global marketing system designed to achieve success.
She services professionals that includes, engineers, medical professionals & doctors, architects, lawyers, business owners and university professors. At the end of the day, her clients' real estate success is achieved through a continual process of market evaluation, refining their real estate strategy, trusted communication and attention to details.
Pat has enjoyed living in West Los Angeles for over 30 years. She attended UCLA and earned a degree in Economics while raising her family and performing volunteer work. As a board member, Pat spear-headed volunteer positions and projects of local business associations, Minority AIDS Project and at Hollywood Boys and Girls Club. Some of the most enjoyable years of volunteer work were spent as a board member of parent-teacher associations at UES/Seeds Elementary School on the UCLA campus, Crossroads School in Santa Monica and at Pomona College of the Claremont Colleges.
Pat and her husband Jeff, currently live in Little Holmby near their beloved UCLA and beach communities. Pat takes great joy in infusing her service-driven and market-focused business with a love of West Los Angeles.
